Hawaii Health data Warehouse

The Hawaii Health Data Warehouse (HHDW) is a project created through the partnership between the Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH) and the University of Hawaii's John A Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM).The Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii (RCUH) functions as the Human Resource and Accounting arms for HHDW.
The Hawaii Heath Data Warehouse is one of the five components under the Healthy Hawaii Initiative (HHI). HHI was created by DOH to address and monitor the Healthy People 2010 goals.
The five interrelated components are:

⢠Communities
⢠Public and Professional Education
⢠Research and Evaluation
⢠Nutrition Education Network
The Research and Evaluation component is charge with the development of technical tools that meet and support the data reporting needs of the community.
